The Holistic Approach
I operate holistically, which means I base my treatments on a rounded knowledge of your physical health, your personal life & your work life, the environments you are exposed to & the stress levels you are faced with.

The first time we meet I will ask you questions about your current & past medical health, and about your lifestyle. Note that there may be some medical conditions or histories that preclude me treating you straight away, in these circumstances I will usually have to gain permission first from your GP. I will try to assess this when you first make the appointment, to avoid any unnecessary delay.

Half hour treatments are ideal for focused massages such as on the back, neck & shoulders, rather than a full body massage. It is also possible to combine more than 1 type of treatment in 1 appointment, dependent upon your needs.

Prices
For any treatment in your own home (Bristol-based clients only):

£30 full hour

£20 half hour

For clients further afield, a supplementary charge to cover the additional costs can be negotiated.

Prices are applicable until 30/06/2009. I have kept my prices the same for the past 2 years and will try to maintain this for as long as possible.

Gift Vouchers are available & can be made up for any value or treatment of choice. They make great birthday, anniversary & christmas presents.

Treatments in my Therapy Room
If you would like to see me in central Bristol, perhaps after work or on a Saturday afternoon, then I am easy to find. I operate from the Osteopaths offices at 57 Queen Charlotte Street, Bristol BS1 4HQ. Go to http://google.co.uk/maps for some simple directions.

If you are coming by car, parking by meter is available on Queens Square directly nearby, with some single yellow line parking available right outside the Osteopaths after 6pm. Alternatively, there are several cheap car parks & even some off-street (free!) parking within a 5-10 minute walk. Feel free to call me for directions & tips.
